Open Question: Dermatologist or a doctor? i can’t pick?

I want to be a dermatologist, but it accounts for 12 years as a walk, as most of the doctors. If it is almost like me, the doctor may just be a normal doctor, but in just a part of specialized research. If you can give me your comments or some of which I would greatly appreciate it!
