Open Question: Does masturbate often really cause breakout or acne?

One day, I masturbate, I found one on my face broke out, I went to the dermatologist and asked her masturbation caused acne, she said no, but I doubt very much. So, do you think? u really agree with her? ΓΌ have been this way before.
